1) It introduces the problem of not recovering most of your abandoned carts.
2) It explains why their current tool (= email) is not ideal.
3) Shows the amazing results they are getting which are 3-4x better than emails.
4) Since they only make money if you increase your revenue there's no risk in trying it out.
5) It's great because I wrote it :P
